Joan Fennell Carringer

I was born and raised in Leechburg, Pennsylvania, but have spent most of my life in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina.  From the time I could push a pencil across a sheet of paper, I’ve wanted to be a writer.  In fact, I sent my first story to a publisher when I was in the sixth grade.  It was handwritten on tablet paper and I was pretty sure they’d publish it.  Of course they didn’t, but my dream of being a published author continued on.

So far, I have eight published novels – Angels Beside the Children, In the Midst of Tomorrow,  Walking with an Angel, Crossing the Shadows, It Only Takes One, Tears of an Angel, The Mystical Challenge, and The Love Emotion.  All my books are written by inspiration with the intent of enlightening the life of the reader.
